1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using EverVoice services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access EverVoice services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in EverVoice services
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Service Description
EverVoice provides AI-powered voice and text communication services for lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and customer support. Our services include but are not limited to:
- AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls
- Text messaging and chat automation
- CRM and calendar integrations
- Lead qualification and appointment setting
- Live transfer capabilities
4. Account Terms
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
5. Payment Terms
Our services are provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically permitted in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change our pricing, we will give you at least 30 days notice before the change takes effect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited uses include:
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Interference with or disruption of our services
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to our services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EverVoice or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use EverVoice services, even if EverVoice or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through our service. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
